For Sharing your breast milk follow these steps.
- Make sure you do it safely by donating to a bank contact Human Milk Banking Association (hmbana.org)Your milk and yourself will be tested to ensure safety.
- To find donors visit milkshare.com,make sure that the donor does not have any STD’s or any other diseases and leads a healthy life.(never buy milk online)
- A mothers milk will change over time to match her child’s needs so be sure that the donors milk is matched with the age of your child’s.
